If you audition before March 1, you will be automatically considered for a talent award.

The award is an additional $1,000-$7,000, and is contingent upon students maintaining good academic standing as well as participating in certain faculty-selected ensembles.
Faculty nominate candidates based on the quality of their auditions.

Students are notified by mail, usually around mid-March, about talent award selections.
